A gym management app built for your whole team

We built a complete gym management system for a gym owner: a mobile app for members and staff, backed by Odoo. Rather than one generic screen for everyone, each person signs in with their own role — Admin, Staff, Trainer or Member — and only ever sees the tools and data that role needs.

It covers the whole day-to-day of running a gym: memberships and billing, QR check-in, workout and diet plans, notifications, a small retail shop, and reporting for the owner — all from one app, backed by one Odoo database.

Owner / Admin

Revenue, attendance and membership counts at a glance
Grant or revoke staff and trainer access, and who may confirm payments
Set membership plans, pricing and gym settings

Staff / Front desk

Check members in and out, by QR scan or search
